Ok I really need some help from you experts, I discussed the Amazon business and how it operates earlier. I am now suppose to be a new manager at Amazon and talk about strategic objectives and external influences related to the internal environment and developing and protecting intellectual assets to list ideas for new strategic objectives, then I need to create 4 to 6 strategic objectives that focus on operational plans that I want to do at Amazon as the new manager? There is no right or wrong answer on these just need some ideas and I will use these same objectives later in an implementation plan.

I also need to come up with 2 to 4 measurable outcomes that align to the strategic objectives. Each outcome may have more than one strategic objective aligned. These will aid you in preparing your vision statement later.

Lastly I need to relate how the 5 management functions will support these objectives.
