Question:
Ola is a student who has planned a ski trip for spring break. Ola packs up her gear and drives to Snowy Slopes Ski Resort (Snowy Slopes). When she arrives, she does some tobogganing (sliding down hills on a sled) and then has lunch. After lunch Ola heads over to the ski slopes. To her dismay entry to the ski sloples is blocked and there is a sign that reads "Ski Slopes are out of Order". The whole reason Ola went to the Snowy Slopes was to ski so she decides to squeeze through the blocked entry and get on the ski lift anyway. The ski lift moves slowly up the mountain so that when it reaches the top, Ola can ski down. Halfway up the mountain the ski lift stops abruptly with such force that Ola is flung out and falls down the hill striking another skier Shaun. Ola suffers a broken leg, and Shaun suffers a broken arm as a result of Ola falling on him. Ola and Shawn bring a lawsuit against Snowy Slopes.
