Olimpiada, a $16-$year$-$old studying in Chekhov Valley High, was playing hockey against the Cheboksary Highhockey team. Both high schools are in Yukon$-$Koyukuk county in Alaska. While Olimpiada was attempting toscore a goal, two members of the Cheboksary High hockey team tackled her. She sustained minor injuries as aresult of the tackle. Patty sued Cheboksary High for negligence and filed a claim for damages for the injuriesshe sustained during the game. Under the common law, is Olimpiada eligible to recover damages
