Develop recommendations by identifying and discussing opportunities for appropriate Lean techniques to be applied and how these wastes can be reduced or eliminated to increase value;

Discuss what the Senior Management team needs to provide to create an environment conducive to the implementation of Lean to support the organization's continuous improvement program.
