On the page with a form, I need to find a page heading, a message to your customer or visitors at the top of the page, all form controls that you plan to create not only text fields but controls of other types For example, one of the required fields must be with the date type. You can mention in the page description that the embedded calendar will be used to select a desired date. In the page description, you can also list the fields that require the user entry as well as those fields that need to validate the entered data.
