On the surface, there are many challenges of team evaluations and their impact on team performance. From a broader organizational lens, organizations rely heavily on teams to collectively deliver a competitive advantage against their competitions. This is where diversity is also needed. Are team evaluations fair? Are there clear standards when compared to individual evaluations?

What are examples of unfair team evaluations? Why are they unfair? Should standards for individual evaluations be tailored to team members with mental or physical challenges, for example? Does diversity and inclusion affect team evaluation standards?
