After successfully passing through both Eligibility Verification and Risk Assessment, all

applications proceed to the Policy Drafting stage, where the terms, premiums, and conditions of

the insurance policy are carefully drafted. This step is critical as it ensures that the policy is both

accurate and compliant with all legal and regulatory standards. On average, each drafting process

takes about $45$ minutes.

Finally, the applications reach the Final Approval and Issuance stage, where the drafted policies

undergo a final review to ensure everything is correct and ready for issuance. This stage also

includes the printing and preparation of policy documents for delivery to customers. On average,

each final review and issuance takes about $30$ minutes. The New Policy Issuance Department relies

on a high$-$speed printer for this task. The printer takes an average of $1$ minute to print each
