The e-contract included an arbitration clause, which provided that: "any dispute arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the rules of Arbitration of the Sweedish Cyber Tribunal by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said rules". When the delivery of the cars did not occur in accordance with the contract, the buyer submitted the dispute to arbitration, and after the online proceedings had closed, the tribunal which was based in Europe made an e-award in favour of the buyer.
