One project that I have knowledge over was building a new computer. This took planning since I had to order parts, learn about the different parts, and also manage all the cables in between. The resources used for this project was the parts ordered, the labor I provided to this project, and the knowledge online about how to make this project a reality. When developing a schedule for projects, all resources need to be considered to develop a schedule that will ensure all deadlines are met. The schedule needs to have deadlines set, and parts in my example need time to ship to my location. If I made a schedule without considering that I would have started a project that would take longer to complete rather than me just waiting until everything is shipped and ready to go.
