Only one person per team should submit and only those names on the title screen that have contributed to the final project (Part 3)

This is the final stage of your marketing project. In this final submission you do not have to include part one and part two however you must follow the slides exactly as is outlined below.

Slide 1 Title page team members and topic

Slide 2- PRODUCT SLIDE - One summary page listing your new product/line/events/services or similar based on part two feedback. If you were given a passing grade and your feedback states proceed then you can use what you presented. If you feedback states to modify your product or that it did not follow guidelines or is a viable option given the business, then you must make improvements.

ALL groups regardless are to have this PRODUCT SLIDE and summarizefrom last project, combine key points and highlights

Slide 3 TARGET SLIDE Confirm or detail the exact audience you are going to promote to in the final phase. Is it the existing audience of the business or is to gain new customers. If that is the case, who is the intended audience. Use one slide to summarize with the appropriate descriptions shown for target profiling.

Slide 4 DISTRIBUTION how will you sell the new product, through existing channels, a new approach, in store, online, third party, packaged. Give depth, thought and details to this slide and ensure it makes sense for the company. Incorporate some theory to back up your plans.

Marketing Communications Plan (Inbound and Outbound C12 &C13)

Slide 5/6 CHART or similar from FIGURE 12-5 in your text. YOU MUST IDENTIFY EACH TOOL LISTED. The chart can be reproduced or make your own slide chart and will take 2 slides to complete.

Take each communication tool from the list and instead of advantages or disadvantages as shown in theory, replace each with a statement pertaining to your companys new product.

For instance, will you use, is it cost effective, will it reach the intended audience etc. You can also opt out and state it would not work however you must again defend why.

Slide 7-10 These slides will now cover your specific tools and ideas and focus on the HOW. If you are choosing events, Facebook, Instagram, posters, and radio ads, you will identify these tools, suggest how and why.

These slides will focus on how you will promote the new product or service. Promotion should make sense given the target market and how you can best reach them. Promotional strategies and activities may includeadvertising media(s), sales promotions, public relations initiatives, direct marketing initiatives and social media.

You must defend why you are choosing these strategies and show how you will showcase the features and benefits.

HINTS AND EXAMPLE your chart identifies Personal Selling in the chart you reproduce beside selling you could say our company has an existing sales force so we will add this service and have them actively promoting or selling OR you can say, the cost of personal selling is far too great for our business so we will only have our existing counter staff promote.

Once you get to Slide 7- 10 you would not need to choose this unless you are going to use this then give me some details on the approach

In slides 7-10 as well if you choose Facebook for example, do not just say we will have a page, explain how you will use it to attract or promote etc.

IF the company has an existing website, it is okay to state you will promote on the site but give some idea of how, what you would add or attract.
