Tasks Task 1 (1000 words) Describing your organization, its business environment: Discuss your organizations past experience with hiring women for the Construction Industry. Summarize the aims, goals and values of the company that retains its brand and enhance it to suit competitive advantage in the market place (in the construction industry).

Task 2 (1000 words) Assess the social, financial and environmental impact of the current practices for hiring women in the construction industry, both from short and long term perspective. Discuss how these impacts are related to establishing business performance measures and triple bottom line.

Task 3 (1000 words) What Government regulations and acts, at local and global level, may impact your Study? How would you include and convince the stakeholders to engage into your Study initiatives, notwithstanding the government regulations and acts; identify risks, benefits, costs and barriers to your company and external stakeholders. What steps would you take to train your employees and educate external stakeholders?

Task 4 (1500 words) Incorporating the answers created under Tasks 1, 2, 3 prepare the Study to be presented to the President for submission to the Board of Directors for their approval.
