Heads of manufacturing/or services, marketing, human resources, accounting, materials management, and finance represent members of the Committee. The Chairman reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The student (Chairman) will gather the information from the Committee and provide a report outlining organization activities at the operations level that need improvement and the recommendations to facilitate those improvements. The student will utilize all available material presented during the course and select those concepts and terms appropriate for your response that meet the metrics previously listed.
