You are a manager working for a silicon valley tech company that recently implemented half-day Fridays. Half-day Fridays are going so well, that the company is considering implementing a 4-day workweek, and giving all employees Fridays completely off from work. You supervise 4 employees: 2 who are loving the idea of 4-day workweeks, and 2 who are not in favor of the switch, as they are happy with half-day Fridays.
