For instance, let$$s say you have Group Member #$1$ and #$5($GM$1$ and GM$5)$ are good at the development of the training content; GM$2$ is good at teaching and engagement with the MM supervisors; GM$3$ is good at delivering the proposal to MM top management in the first place, GM$4$ is good at thinking up the logistics of the training day at MM etc. Each GM has strengths that were identified in the MBTI and now can be used to prepare for, and deliver the actual training $($as a proposal$)$ to the MM top management. The above example shows how the Group Members are working together $($the dynamic$)$ aided in part with the MBTI strengths and weaknesses.
