2: Resources needed: R&D team on researching and developing the product, allocate R&D funds from Finance team to fund the R&D on new product. Marketing team develop marketing plan for new product, Production team to plan on increasing production capacity for the new product.

4: Identify your audience: R&D Manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Production Manager

6.
