Availability Check:

On a working day, the system performs an availability check for the items in the order. This check ensures that all items are in stock and can be fulfilled.

Purchase Order Response:

If all items are available, the system generates a purchase order response and sends it back to the customer, confirming the acceptance of the order.

Item Availability Check:

If any of the ordered items are not available, the system halts any further processing related to the order. It ensures that the order is not processed when items are out of stock to prevent issues with order fulfillment.

Notify Customer:

In the event of item unavailability, the customer is promptly notified that the purchase order cannot proceed due to items being out of stock.

Purchase Order Cancel Request:

At any stage of the process, if the customer submits a purchase order cancel request, the ongoing purchase order handling process is interrupted. The cancellation request is processed as a high$-$priority action to promptly address the customer's request.

Customer Address Change Request:

If the customer sends a "Customer Address Change Request" during the order handling process, the system registers the request without further action. This change request does not disrupt the order$-$handling process but is recorded for future reference or processing.
