Our client is charged with assault causing bodily harm against her partner under s.267(b) of the Criminal Code. She pleaded guilty and awaiting sentencing. Her partner called our office and inquired as to the options provided to our client as well as her next court date. He also asked when our client will be meeting with me, her lawyer.
