Our design methodology emphasizes rapid and cost$-$effective prototyping to facilitate swift iteration cycles. This approach aligns with our project's objective to develop a disposable Unmanned Aerial Vehicle $($UAV$)$ that is economically feasible yet capable of performing the designated tasks. To minimize costs, we have focused on utilizing inexpensive, readily available materials alongside straightforward manufacturing techniques. Our team has explored two major design concepts before building the final UAV. The initial concept was ultimately deemed impractical due to complexities in wing manufacturing. As for the second design, which promised a more feasible manufacturing process, was practical but unfortunately not functional. Based on our learnings from the two prototypes, our group was able to manufacture a final disposable UAV.
