The group exercise with the purpose to plan and execute a sprint of an IT graduation project

applying SCRUM as part of a project management course.

Scrum Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint, Daily scrum,

Sprint review and Sprint retrospective.

Knowledge Area: Scope and Time

Learning Objective: Reinforce concepts and to teach the competency to apply the

knowledge on project management using SCRUM covering the

cognitive levels remembering, understanding and application.

$2-$ KANBAN: Welcome to Japanese Simplification and build motivation

Process elements: Visual Signals, Columns, Work In Progress, Commitment point and

Delivery point.

Knowledge Area: Scope and Time

Learning Objective: Reinforce concepts and to apply the knowledge on project

management using Kanban using trello application as an

example of digital boards.

$2-$ SWOT & TOWS Analysis: Identifying Potential Projects

The group exercise with the purpose to plan and execute SWOT & TOWS Analysis for a

potential IT graduation project as part of a project management course.

Process Group: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

Learning Objective: Reinforce concepts and to teach the competency to apply the

knowledge on project management using SWOT Analysis covering the

strategic planning, organizations.
