Our project is to recognize and categorize hazards brought on by climate change in the United States. For projects, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is the tool that uses this technique and is one of the most important projects management documents. A work package is the lowest component in a work breakdown structure (WBS). You create a work package when you decompose a deliverable into components. You know you have a work package when you cant break a deliverable down into further sub-deliverables or tangible project outcomes. Name 4 deliverables with three tasks and 5 work package for each.
