Part I:ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct

Choose one (1) Rule that applies to attorneys that you believe is most important and relevant to paralegals and their typical roles/job responsibilities.(You are not limited to Rules discussed in class.)

A.List the number and title of the Rule.

B.Evaluate and explain why you believe the rule is most important and significant for paralegals and their typical roles/responsibilities.

C.Evaluate and explain 2-3 actions/examples of conduct of a paralegal that could potentiallycontribute to violation of the rule.

D.Evaluate and explain at least 3 things any paralegal can do to help ensure that the rule is not violated.
