required in the manufacture or assembly of a final product. This could be a

finished component, like fasteners or sheet metal, or process materials

which are consumed in the process, like chemicals, abrasives, tooling.

Used by an Actual Organization in Canada. This is to be a fun and

interesting exercise to fully understand the RFP process.

Research what properties, specifications, standards may be used to

clearly describe it$,$ establish quality standards, and be used to ensure

equality of comparison$/$selection

Ensure that all legal, commercial, evaluation criteria, financial, quality, and

"other" $($as applicable$)$ issues are addressed in your document details.

Source and justify your selection of at least $3$ viable companies which

could be capable of providing your item.

Prepare a formal, business quality RFQ document, which could be

issued to the bidders listed; separately. $($Try to keep it around $10$ pages$)$
