The project charter is an informal contract between the project team and management. This assignment will prepare the student to utilize a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Charter to create a plan for addressing an identified issue. INSTRUCTIONS Using the template, choose a question, problem, or issue within a healthcare organization. The issue can be a real issue that the student has encountered, or an issue found in literature.
