You will then conduct an online research study among college students to determine their perceptions of the brand and their satisfaction with the brand. For example, for your "client" you can choose Nike, or Temple University, or Walmart or any other business you'd like to learn more about. You can choose any company.Then, develop a customer satisfaction research study to determine the following: Customer perceptions likes and dislikes of service, products, environment, price, place, customer service, etc. based on what is appropriate for that client. What is the information that you or your "client" needs to make decisions to help improve their customers' experience? Determine the research design and choose the method to collect primary data. In this case, you will conduct primary research using an online survey tool such as Survey Monkey or Google Forms or a similar survey tool. Develop your questionnaire. I recommend that you use a completely structured questionnaire. Ask closedended questions such as yesno or use a Likert scale to determine gradations of opinions. For example, "I am satisfied with product name. extremely satisfied, neutral, extremely dissatisfied. You can also ask one or two openended questions for anecdotal feedback. IMPORTANT!!
