Overview: This week, we learned about Senge's seven learning disabilities and how each can affect an organization. For this assignment, think as being on a football team and connect to Senge's teachings to describe at least two of the learning disabilities one can experience.

Instructions: For each learning disability:

1) Identify and define the learning disability.

2) Discuss how it is manifested in your organization's actions (be specific).

3) Describe how it prevents you and your teammates, colleagues, and/or fellow employees from learning.

4) Explain what actions can be taken as a leader of the organization to help fix the problem(s).

Discuss why these actions will fix the problem(s). Requirements:

The paper should have a clear introduction with thesis, body and conclusion.

The required length of the paper is a minimum of four complete paragraphs.

Focus on quality as opposed to length.
