Please work in groups of two students for this assignment. Your group will choose two of the following theories of employee motivation below:

Needs Hierarchy $($Abraham Maslow$)$

Theory $x$ and Theory Y $($Douglas McGregor$)$

Expectancy Theory $($Victor Vroom$)$

Each group will write a report containing the following information:

Detailed description of the chosen theories

Identify how the theory applies to organizational behaviour in terms of reducing turnover, increasing productivity, etc.

Report must be typed using. Microsoft Word, double spaced, $12$ size fonts. Report must include a proper title page and works cited page. Report must be at least four full pages plus the title page and bibliography page which totals six pages.

Evaluation Criteria:

Introduction of the theories $-5$ marks $(2\mathrm{.}5$ marks each$)$

Thorough detailed description of the theory $-10$ marks $(5$ marks each$)$

Explain how motivation relates to organizational behaviour $-10$ marks.
