Students will create a written business proposal marketing hotel, cafe, or restaurant to variety of potential clients For this scenario, your clients are a group of investors (your instructor & peers). The purpose of the proposal is to convince the client to fund your idea of renovating an existing hotel, cafe, or restaurant or building a brand new (from the ground up) property by presenting the client with a written proposal. The written proposal must include the following;

1. Introduction 2. Table of Contents 3. Executive Summary 4. Project Details (Plan & Timeline) 5. Budget 6. Conclusion 7. Appendix IMPORTANT NOTES: Refer to week 7 ppt1 for details & breakdown of each heading Please do not include photos into the written proposal (this is reserved for the visual presentation) - charts/graphs may be included to support project budget, plan, etc. in the appendix section of the proposal. The assignment must be done by each group, remember if you want to sell or promote a product or service you must understand and support it. Having information in the presentation that you do not understand or does not fit will be evident to any perspective client therefore reducing chances for a success. Peer Review A Peer review will be conducted, this will allow for feedback to ensure all the bases required for the assignment are being covered. This is a common practice in the Business World to give a draft of what is being worked on. The review is not meant to have the entire assignment complete; it is also referred to as a temperature check.
