Two main points that impacted me the most after watching this video were :

Steve Jobs says that Apple is a very collaborative and a very organized company. He is an excellent believer of teamwork, I think that's the main reason which made him so successful. What influenced me the most was that if there is teamwork in the top management, only then will there be good teamwork in the entire organization as the people get inspired by their seniors. Teamwork is not only about working with a group of people; it is about having trust in one another as a team.

Some managers micromanage their staff. I believe that micromanaging can be wrong as the employees might think that their managers don't trust them, and by this, the company can lose some great people and ideas that they were going to bring for the company. As Steve Jobs tells in the video, don't watch the team all the time; instead, trust them to do their part.

The other thing that impacted me the most was when he said that if you want great people to work for you, you have to let them make decisions and let them contribute ideas. I feel like this was what we talked about in the class that the people leave the managers, not the company. (Aah!! moment)if the managers are not listening to their employees or not letting them give the ideas, there will be no teamwork, and no one would want to work for a company where there knowledge or ideas are going waste.
