1. Two main points that impacted me the most after watching this video were :

Steve Jobs says that Apple is a very collaborative and a very organized company. He is an excellent believer of teamwork, I think that's the main reason which made him so successful. What influenced me the most was that if there is teamwork in the top management, only then will there be good teamwork in the entire organization as the people get inspired by their seniors. Teamwork is not only about working with a group of people; it is about having trust in one another as a team.

Some managers micromanage their staff. I believe that micromanaging can be wrong as the employees might think that their managers don't trust them, and by this, the company can lose some great people and ideas that they were going to bring for the company. As Steve Jobs tells in the video, don't watch the team all the time; instead, trust them to do their part.

The other thing that impacted me the most was when he said that if you want great people to work for you, you have to let them make decisions and let them contribute ideas. I feel like this was what we talked about in the class that the people leave the managers, not the company. (Aah!! moment)if the managers are not listening to their employees or not letting them give the ideas, there will be no teamwork, and no one would want to work for a company where there knowledge or ideas are going waste.

2. From my standpoint, this video was amazing from four points whom Steve Jobs talked about them very short but clear:

First of all, the emphasis on teamwork as a key factor in Apple's success, and second, the sense of mutual trust between all employees and managers. The highlight for me was the connection between the two, with Steve Jobs stating that teamwork depends on trusting the other folks.

Another significant point that he mentioned is communication between them, they have met three hours every week. It means they have enough time to talk about various topics, for instance, what they did or what they have a plan to do or any new idea or any comments about products or any problem that can be raised in any part of the company. This kind of communication help leaders to make the best decision.

The last one which had more impact on me is the way that they are working on ideas. I always believed that just the best idea must win that does not just managers' ideas and he said it and I am excited to hear this sentence from him. In my hometown 99 percent of great ideas are lost because of hierarchy or the person who was the main idea maker is easily deprived of his rights and the higher-level manager who came up with the idea gets all its income. unfortunately, no legal authority is willing to support them because they have been deprived of this right by declaring power and money.

As Steve Jobs mentioned "otherwise good people don't stay", this has led many scientists and educated people in my country to migrate to other countries so that have their opportunity to comes true to their dreams. As a small person in that community, I hope I change it one day as I tried before.
