$$A location of the service core in any tall building is one of the most fundamental

design decisions, impacting efficiency, structural systems, services, environmental

performance, views, access and aggress, and more. Yet, despite the opportunities

available to the design team, the central core skyscraper has remained a ubiquitous

typology throughout history, predominantly due to the spatial and structural

efficiencies such an arrangement offers$.[$Source: Oldfield & Doherty, $2019).$

The service core of tall buildings is classified into the following types:

$-$ Central core,

$-$ Perimeter core,

$-$ Mixed core,

$-$ Offset core.

Identify any building in the Central Business District $($CBD$)$ of Windhoek which is at

least $5$ storey high.
