Based on your initial conversation with Kira, you know that this salary negotiation will be challenging.

There has been a significant increase in digital marketing positions. In other words, you have some power in this negotiation because you have a specialized skill that is in high demand. Kira, however, is quite aggressive in her bargaining techniques, so she doesn$$t seem desperate to hire you.

The negotiation seems to be at an impasse as you and Kira have discussed this position for several weeks now, and you mentioned to her what your salary expectations are, but she still offered a significantly lower number.
