Part 1: Create a quiz for future students (10 marks)
For this part of the assignment, imagine you are a professor and you need to prepare some multiple-choice test questions for an upcoming quiz to evaluate student understanding of the topics of Quality Management and Risk Management.
Create at least 3 multiple choice questions that would effectively evaluate a students understanding of information covered in the Quality Management and Risk Management lessons. There should be at least 1 question that covers a Quality topic and one for Risk. The third multiple choice question you create can be either Risk or Quality related.
- For each of the questions you create, list the question and at least 4 potential answers, indicating which of the 4 answers is correct.
- For each of the questions that you create, explain why the correct answer is the right answer and why the others are not. Be sure to explain WHY it is the correct answer for example, if you create a question that relates to important steps in a certain process, explain why those steps are the correct ones, describe the steps (dont just list them) and what the impact would be should those steps not be followed. Also explain why the other incorrect answers are not appropriate and the impact if those steps were followed instead. Or, if you create a question, about a certain definition of a term or terms, be sure to explain the correct definition, why the others are incorrect and how that term or activity is related to and important for risk or quality management within project management. You need to demonstrate how your questions/answers contribute to the overall understanding and practices within project management and show, in your own words, your understanding of the importance of the topics of Risk and Quality management.
