I have many variables in my dataset, but I am interested in ATC $($A$10$ and A$10$bj$06).$ A$10$ represents treatment for diabetes type $1,$ and A$10$bj$06$ represents treatment for diabetes type $2.$ Additionally, we have the price, labeled as "eksp." I want to compare medication consumption and costs between the two diseases.

Part $2$: Mathematical calculation of the $"$pnr$"$ variable

I also want a mathematical calculation on the $"$pnr$"$ variable, representing the patient number.
