Part 1- Group Presentation

Now that we reached the end of the Project Time Management Strategies course, your task for the group presentation is to walk us through what time management strategies are about Highlighting the major topics that were covered in our course. Each group has 20 minutes maximum time to present. Each of the group members should be presenting a segment of the presentation.

Part 2- Group Assignment 2

Write a paper summarizing your project plan to prepare the above group presentation

Identify the project scope statement

Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project as well as WBS dictionary

Define activities

Sequence activities (Identify dependencies & relationships between tasks, estimate activity duration as well as create a network diagram and apply CPM to determine the

project duration)

Create a Gantt chart Lessons Learned document
