| This project is based on running case in your text book, which starts at the end of the chapter 4 page 196 and continues through chapter 13. There are two parts of this evaluation. Group Project Part 1 Group Project Presentation Part 1 Please pay close attention to instructions for each part. 1. Group Project Part 1 Part 1 of this project, your team is expected to produce the following four deliverable: Team Charter and Pledge form - every group member must complete/sign the attached team charter and pledge form. Please see page 110 Table 3-8 for an example of the Team Charter. Please note that team charter and pledge form is a pre-requisite for all of the deliverables for this project. If a group fails to submit the completed form, the group will receive a zero for this part of the evaluation. Evaluate the four projects by preparing a weighted scoring model. You can find the template in eConestoga Course Shell -> Content -> Course Information -> eText->Templates by Process group. Develop at least four criteria, assign weights to each criterion, assign scores, and then calculate the weighted scores. Save the spreadsheet and bar chart with the results. Also write a one-page paper that describes this weighted scoring model and the results. Prepare a business case for the Global Treps project. Assume that the project will take six months to complete, use many volunteer hours, and cost about $120,000 for hardware, software, travel, and labor.
