$4.$ Big Data and HR Analytics

$5.$ Digital Transformation

$6.$ Gamification

Requirements:

$1.$ Pick any two trends in HRM as shown in the list of six.

$2.$ For each trend provide the following:

a$.$ Explain the trend as it relates to Human Resources.

b$.$ Connect the trend and explain how the trend is affecting or innovating the

following HRM processes:

i$.$ Planning

ii$.$ Recruitment

iii. Decruitment

iv$.$ Selection

v$.$ Onboarding

vi$.$ Training

vii. Performance Management

viii. Career Development.

Please note that some trends may appear in one area of the HRM process whereas some trends

may appear in multiple areas of the HRM processes. If you cannot find a connection to the HRM

process, this must be stated in your paper.

c$.$ Identify a for$-$profit or not$-$for$-$profit business in North America where the trend

is being used and provide an example of how the trend is being used in the

selected business.

d$.$ For the selected business in point c$,$ identify if the trend is helping or hindering

the success of the organization. Justify your answer of helping or hindering by

showing proof in the form of metrics in organizational performance or people

performance.

e$.$ Explain how the trend aligns with the strategic goals of the business selected in

point c$.$ Connect the business$$ vision and$/$or mission statement to the trend and

explain clearly how the trend is linked to the vision and$/$or mission.
