• Determine and explain in detail, the best way to collect data to analyze that job.

• Based on your information in step 2, indicate what you feel are the most important parts of the job selected.

Part 2 - Job Analysis Activity II: Using the job description retried from O*Net, indicate the essential and non-essential job functions.

Include the following information:

• After each job function, explain why you categorized them as essential or non-essential.
• The final step is to determine the knowledge, skills, abilities required to perform the job selected. Explain, in detail, why you chose those as requirements for the position selected.
