Resources Needed: Stakeholder Template found in eConestoga IA2: ESG Company Assessment content section.
- Pick a 1 company from the list of 6 companies in your Group Project ESG Analysis Report. Each student must choose a different company from other Group Members. You will conduct your Stakeholder Analysis and Standards Comparison Report on this company.
- Complete the Stakeholder Template for your chosen company.
- Go to your Companys Sustainability/ESG or CSR Plan and find their Stakeholder Engagement report.
- Map the stakeholders of your company on the template map as shown in class. Be sure that each stakeholder group is written in one part of the stakeholder map (no duplicates). Identify at a Minimum 4 (four), different stakeholders in each part of the Stakeholder Map categories (A through G). A MINIMUM OF 4 MEANS A PASSING GRADE OF 60%. See the rubric for further information.
- Identify a Minimum of 4 (four) External Drivers for Stakeholder Engagement. Hint: External Drivers are forces that impact the business and are NOT Stakeholders. The company may have identified these drivers in their report.
- Identify a Minimum of 4 (four) Benefits can we gain from Stakeholder Engagement. Hint: The company may have identified these benefits in their report.
- Identify a Minimum of 4 (four) Risks of not Engaging Stakeholders. Hint: Risks may flow from the External Drivers and the company may have identified these risks in their report.
- Identify a Minimum of 3 (three) Strategic objectives of engagement. These must be written in full sentences and should connect a specific group of stakeholders, to the external drivers, benefits, and risks.
Items C to F (above) should be written in full sentences. In text citations and a references in APA format included on the template.
