Your training package must include a new hire orientation plan, training lesson plan, presentation slide

deck, training evaluation.

$1.$ New hire orientation plan

$$ Working collaboratively with your team, create a comprehensive new hire orientation plan

to provide an excellent onboarding experience for your chosen job in the organization of

your choice.

$$ Your orientation plan should include a company overview, a brief summary of the job, $3-4$

learning objectives for the orientation plan, topics to be covered during a new hire

orientation, orientation timeline $($i$.$e$.,1$ week vs$.2$ weeks$),$ location, and involvement of

other departments.

$$ Limit the new hire orientation plan to a maximum of two $(2)$ pages.

$2.$ Lesson Plan, presentation slide deck, and training evaluation tool

$$ Based on your new hire orientation plan, create a $1-$hour workshop lesson plan and

evaluation tool. Training package should be comprehensive enough for anyone to facilitate

$$ Choose $1-2$ topics from your new hire orientation plan for the $1-$hour training workshop.

$$ Define knowledge, skills and abilities participants should acquire by the end of the

workshop.

$$ Using Kirkpatrick$$s evaluation model, design a short evaluation tool to measure participants
