It was great talking to you today! Im so glad that Yummy has finally hired an HR Specialist. Maybe you can help us finally have a smooth benefits enrollment period. Yummys employees always seem to have a hard time with this they are constantly calling our 1-800 line to ask where to find information about the plans and to ask things like what is a deductible, LOL!

OK so heres what you need to tell them:

Its open enrollment time at Yummy Food Services, which means employees can select the benefits options that suit them most. You know how this works its the one time of year they can make changes to their medical and dental benefits. They can do things like add different types of coverages or levels of coverage, or cancel coverage in exchange for a spending account, depending on what is best for their family. Take me for example my kid is going to need braces, and my husband already has good medical coverage, so I would pick the plan with the most dental coverage even if it means less medical coverage.

We have three options for your employees to choose from. You dont need to share the details of the plans though; they can find them on our website: www.BenefitsRUs/Yummy.

Please tell your employees that they need to go online to review and compare each benefit plan option. Theyll want to review their personalized enrollment worksheet to see which healthcare options are available the At-a-Glance section of our website might help them understand the main features of each plan. If they need help deciding, they can go online to the Health Plan Decision Maker and use the Medical Plan Comparison Tool. Then they can enroll over the phone (call the HR Service Centre at 888-123-4567) or online (go to our website and click enroll). They need to do this by November 15. Once they are done, they can refer their confirmation statement to make sure their info is correct. If it is not, tell them to call the HR Service Centre
