Part 1: Write three components of your business plan: mission statement, vision statement, and target market.

Consider the different strategies you would use to market to a small business versus a large corporation. Or the differences between a large banking corporation versus a tech firm or a manufacturing organization.

Part 2: Select two very different businesses with more than 50 employees and create a proposal tailored to each that is around 700 words. Customize two different proposals for the two businesses. The custom proposal cover page should include a short biography of you and your employees (if applicable). The proposals should cover the following:

1. What do you bring that other coaches or coaching companies do not?
2. What technological advantages can you offer (e.g., eSignature, proposal tracking and alerts, customized interactive quotations, search engine optimization (SEO), etc.).
3. A description of what you bring to the company and why coaching may help this business (the type of ROI the company will achieve by hiring you). Include only relevant certifications, training, and or experience that would highlight your skillset with the company you are writing the proposal for (if applicable). Remember this section will need to be modified to align with each company.
4. Services offered and the pricing for each service.
5. Winning strategy and plan of action (e.g., a short description of each month’s objectives).
6. Terms and conditions
7. Next Steps (e.g., Call to action)

Part 3: Reflect on your mission and vision statements and consider your career goals, salary expectations, and the organization's work environment (e.g., high paying, but demanding versus slower pace, family-oriented, lower salary).

Select two organizations (one large and one small company), then select which of the two organizations may not be a good fit for you and in 250-500 words, explain how this organization does or does not align to your mission and vision statement and why it would not be a good fit.
