1. Identify and discuss three components of a high-quality program you feel are most important and explain why they are important to you. Keep in mind that the Child Care Licensing requires just the minimum, so you need to think of components that are above those requirements. For example: Safety is a must! You cannot get approved to open your school without satisfying the minimum requirements for safety. If you are considering using this as a component, you need to tell us how that component would look if it is above the basic requirement.
2. How do these components you chose affect a child's growth and development, or their overall experiences?
3. How do you think it would affect the quality of the program to remove one of the components you chose and how would it impact the children?
