Part $2$: Kitchen Police $($KP$)$ Duty Simulator

In this program, you will ask the user for a number of sacks of potatoes and then ask for the number of potatoes per sack. Then, the program will print that it is peeling potato number X of sack number X$.$ In this case, the X must be replaced with the correct number of sack and potato. When done, the program must print the total number of potatoes peeled.

This program must use for loops and the range$()$ function. Also:

If the user enters a number of sacks less than zero, then use five as the number of sacks, telling the user that you are doing so$.$

If the user enters a number of potatoes less than ten, then use ten as the number of potatoes per sack. Tell the user that you are doing so$.$

Only ask for one number of potatoes per sack and use the same number for all the sacks.
