The Observation Checklist outlines skill requirements that you will need to demonstrate during the role play activity. Review all the skill requirements in this checklist before starting the role play so you can prepare.
Your supervisor or endorsed observer must be present as you complete this task at the service.
Assign roles to the volunteers a presenter, a client representative, and a coworker representative.
Present the developed communication strategy and associated protocols to the client and coworker representatives.
The presentation should include the following elements:
Introduction: Introduce the purpose of the presentation and provide an overview of the communication strategy and protocols.
Communication Objectives: Clearly define the communication objectives that the strategy aims to achieve.
Target Audience: Identify and describe the diverse range of clients and coworkers the strategy will cater to
Messaging and Channels: Explain the key messages and the most effective communication channels identified to reach and engage the target audience.
