PART 2: PROJECT... Part A:Introduction - Part B: GANTT Chart

Select a project or activity. The project or activity needs to be complex enough to allow for several participants (3 or more) and several steps or actions (at least 6) to be accomplished before the project is completed. You may either choose a workplace project or a home project. Some ideas: remodel/redecorate a room, move to a new apartment or house, plan a fundraising (foodraising?) event for Kirkwood students who need help with food or rent money, plan for an inventory of your workplace, plan an overseas business trip for an executive at your workplace, create and launch a new (non-profit or for-profit) business, create a marketing plan for something your workplace sells, etc.

Part B. Gantt Chart for your project. Include at least 6 steps.

There is free software available online to create a nice looking GANTT chartjust do a search. If you choose to use Excel for this task, you may wish to search YouTube for a tutorial on "How to use Excel to create a GANTT Chart."
