In the second blank text box, explain how you reached that outcome. Address whether the facts given in Question $11$ satisfy each of the elements of a contract as identified by the court in Norcia. Explain whether silence can be acceptance in this situation described in Question $11.$ Make specific comparisons to the Norcia case.
