Part 3: Conversation: Each group will be required to make a 8-10 minute summary high level presentation via Zoom. Each member should participate in the presentation and members must have working cameras and mics (please request an accommodation ahead of time if you need access to resources). There will be a 5 marks deduction if you go over the 10-minute mark. Members should be familiar with their group assignment and be prepared to address the following questions: a) Who is the competitor you have selected for your analysis? Why is this competitor relevant to your company? b) Key ratios and trend analysis often reveal a 'story' about the company's performance. What were your major findings. Note: do not recite and discuss in detail all the ratios your group may have reviewed. c) What recent environmental and / or industry changes are impacting this companies' financial and how? Students will be assessed on preparedness, demonstration of research and analysis, understanding of accounting terminology, and application of course content. There will be a group and an individual mark for this component. Students may use their excel template or slides on Zoom during this recording
