In our government's desire to protect our national security, Congress wants to pass a law that will install biometrics modern software in every citizens mobile phone, or surveillance software, to detect who are panning some terrorists attacks or who are colluding with terrorists. Surveillance software is fast in detecting terroristic activities or plans. By installing surveillance software, the nation will be safe from terroristic acts, but at the cost of our personal privacy. What is your course of action of decision on these issues? (50%)
