Part 4: Conflict Management Plan

Conflict cannot be completely avoided in the organisations. However, it can be managed effectively. As a part of the process of developing collaborative partnerships, you as a manager have to be prepared for conflict resolution also. In this task, you have to develop a conflict management plan discussing at least 3 probable conflicts that can arise while trying to establish collaborative partnerships and suggest mitigation strategies for each of the conflict listed.
