Part C - Conflict management plan

As a Project Manager, you must be ready to resolve conflicts as they are sometimes inevitable in

the process of developing collaborative partnerships. Develop a Conflict Management Plan using

the template following in which you address any issues that arose from the feedback received in

Part B from either the Partner or Project Sponsor. You are required to identify at least three (3)

existing or potential conflicts that may arise while trying to establish the collaborative

partnership and suggest at least one (1) mitigation strategy for each conflict you identify.
